Information you provide
- Contact and enquiry details (name, work email, phone, company, job title, country, and message content) when you use forms such as Contact, Request a demo, or Talk to sales.
- Account and organisation details when you register for or administer OneStop or other Tech Flexa products (for example name, email, organisation name, role, and billing contacts).
- Support and correspondence you send us by email, phone, or in-product support channels.
Information collected automatically
- Technical and usage data such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring URL, approximate location derived from IP, and timestamps.
- Cookies and similar technologies used for essential site operation, preferences, and (where used) analytics. See section 8.
Customer content in our products
When you or your organisation use Tech Flexa products, you may store business data in the services (for example contacts, invoices, inventory, HR, or compliance records). That content is processed to provide the service you subscribed to. We act as a service provider / processor for that customer content, and your organisation remains responsible for the lawfulness of the data it uploads.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Respond to enquiries, demos, and sales requests.
- Provide, operate, secure, and improve our website, products, and platform services.
- Create and manage user accounts, organisations, licences, and entitlements.
- Send service-related notices (for example security, billing, or material product changes).

Tech Flexa serves customers primarily in the UAE, GCC, and India. Personal information may be processed in the UAE and in other countries where we or our service providers operate. Where we transfer personal data across borders, we take steps appropriate to the circumstances and applicable law to protect that data.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide services, meet legal or accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type (for example enquiry records versus active account data). When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it where practicable.

11. Children’s privacy
Our website and products are intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
12. Third-party links and services
Our website or products may link to third-party sites or services (for example payment or identity providers). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We are not responsible for those third parties.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
